We began our real estate journey when a family member had a severe mental illness and was unable to care for their properties. After helping them through a slew of issues including probate, pre-foreclosure, trusts, contractual litigation, conservatorships, back taxes, liens, squatters, and more, we realized that the industry lacked compassion and integrity. We wanted to fill this gap, which inspired us to start Lava Integrity Group. By putting our client’s needs first we can help you realize your real estate rental income goals. Lian finds immense joy in the process of connecting people and ideas together to create opportunities. In her free time, she actively volunteers in the community to uplift not only herself but also those around her.

Windy is the Assistant Property Manager and has 3 years of experience in real estate as a skilled cold caller and lead manager and an additional 6 years in the customer service industry. Windy prides herself in her patience and deep empathy when connecting with and assisting others. Windy is able to provide thoughtful and meaningful responses, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests throughout their experience with us. Meeting every guest’s needs is her priority.
